Q: Who are the visitation supervisors?
All supervisors are off-duty or retired law enforcement professionals. While serving in their supervision roles, they act in a neutral, civilian capacity to ensure a safe and structured environment for each visitation.
Q: What are the steps to set up visitation?
Both the custodial and non-custodial parents must complete the Intake Form before services can begin. Once both forms are received, Keeping the Peace, LLC will schedule separate calls with each party to finalize the visitation details. After the calls are completed, the non-custodial parent is responsible for scheduling and paying for the visitation online. The seven-day notice requirement is waived for the first visit, which will be scheduled as soon as possible. Please note that intake forms must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Thursday for any visits planned for the upcoming weekend.
Q: How do I begin services?
Both parties must complete the Intake Form. Separate conference calls will be scheduled with each party individually. No visitation can occur until both intake forms are submitted. Once both intake forms are received, please allow 48 hours for processing and for our staff to contact both parties.
