Keeping the Peace, LLC provides supervised visitation and property-division services for families in North Texas. Our mission is to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes healthy, positive interactions—giving families the peace of mind they deserve.

All supervisors with Keeping the Peace, LLC are trained law-enforcement professionals who serve in a neutral, civilian capacity while performing supervision.

We also facilitate property division. When parties are unable to agree on the distribution of belongings, our supervisors can be present in the home to document and assist in conducting a safe, orderly division.

Pricing

All Visitations and Property Division must be a 2 hour minimum.

In-Person Visitation

• Hours: Mon–Sun, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Rate: $137.50/hour (up to 3 children) Minimum: 2 hours
• Mileage: A $2.00 per mile for a fuel fee will be assessed for any travel to a visitation site, property division, court hearings/trials, or otherwise that is greater than 15 miles in distance from 2490 W. White St, McKinney Texas.
• Additional Costs: Non-custodial parents pay for entrance, ticket, or parking fees for supervisors

Holiday Rates (if supervisor available)

• $187.50/hour. — all listed holidays except Thanksgiving & Christmas Day
• $212.50/hour. — Thanksgiving & Christmas Day
• Closed Holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Zoom Visitation

• Hours: Mon–Fri: 6:00–8:00 PM; Sat–Sun: 9:00–10:30 AM
• $87.50/ 30 mins (billed in 30-min sessions; max 30 min)
• Recording: Supervisor will record the Zoom; parents may not record
• Holiday Rates: $137.50/half-hour (except Thanksgiving & Christmas Day $175/half-hour)

Property Division

• Hours: Mon–Sun, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Closed Holidays: Same as above

Court Testimony & Records

• Supervisor Testimony/Deposition: $287.50 per hour 2 hour minimum. Supervisor will attend when appropriately subpoenaed.
• Business Records Affidavit: Email form to rick@keepingthepeacellc.com

Flat Fees

• 2-hour minimum $287.50/hour., unused fees will be refunded
• 2 hours  – $575.00
• 4 hours  – $1,150.00
• 12 hours TBC/Jury – $3,450.00

Payments are processed through keepingthepeacellc.com. Refunds are subject to a 3.9% transaction fee.

Supervisor Testimony or Deposition: subpoenas’ is required for a supervisor testimony or deposition in court. We accept a friendly subpoena. Please email to rick@keepingthepeacellc.com
